Step 1 - Download and install free software
As a first step, you need to download and install the free software that allows you to enjoy the type(s) of materials you are interested in. To read more about the free software for your preferred format, click here and follow the appropriate links.
Step 2 - Activate the software (if required)
After you have installed the software that you downloaded, you need to take steps to activate the software before downloading digital materials.
Only OverDrive Media Console for Windows requires a security upgrade. All other versions of OverDrive Media Console do not require security upgrades.
After you install OverDrive Media Console you are ready to check out and download audiobooks, music, and videos. OverDrive Media Console for Android, OverDrive Media Console for BlackBerry and OverDrive Media Console for iPhone® support OverDrive MP3 Audiobooks only.
Mobipocket Reader requires registration.
All copies of Mobipocket Reader have a unique registration code called a 'PID' (Personal Identifier). To register Mobipocket Reader, you need to sign in to this site using your Library card number, and update your account information with your Mobipocket Reader PID(s). You can register up to three PIDs, enabling you to read Mobipocket eBooks on up to three devices.

Step 3 - Check out, download, and enjoy
If you have checked out a supported format on a supported device, click the 'Download' link to start the download. Once the download is complete, open and enjoy the title. Most digital materials at this site can be viewed on supported portable devices. In order to use these titles on devices to which they cannot be directly downloaded, they must first be downloaded to your computer and then transferred using the necessary software.
You will never accrue late fees with titles you download from this website. At the end of the loan period, titles will expire and be automatically 'returned' to the library. At this time, you can delete the expired file(s) from your computer.
